Care
- Cleaning: Use a soft cloth or sponge to apply your chosen leather cleaner, softener and waterproofer. For patent leather, you can use a solution of vinegar and water. Mix 3 tablespoons of vinegar and half a glass of water. Wipe the mixture over the surface of the product, then remove the vinegar smell by wiping the surface with a damp cloth.
- Maintenance: In good leather goods stores you will find liquids for cleaning leather products, creams and balms that soften the leather, care oils and waxes, color fixers and spray impregnations. Choose the product according to the type and color of the leather from which the product is made.
- Impregnation: After cleaning and maintenance, use a dry cloth to wipe or polish the product. For a suede leather bag, use a special brush.
